D-Ring Cargo Plates – Model CM 68-2 Rugged, 3 1/2″ X 4″ steel mounting plate provides the extra strength needed to insure safety. Four mounting holes are provided. A 3/8 inch hot rolled steel ring, butt welded to prevent separation, is hinged beneath the heavily welded support loop. The 2 inch 1.
