What is the sifference between trailer tires & car tires?

The main difference between trailer tires and car tires is the load capacity.

Trailer tires are designed to carry much heavier loads than car tires and are constructed differently to withstand the extra weight.

The sidewalls of trailer tires are thicker and the tread is deeper to provide better grip and stability. And can help reduce the risk of blowouts while towing.

Additionally, trailer tires are designed to withstand different road conditions than car tires and are therefore made of a different rubber compound.

Trailer tires are designed to be used on trailers that are towed behind a vehicle.

They are typically a different size and construction than standard tires, as they need to be able to handle the additional weight of the trailer and its contents.

Trailer tires also have reinforced treads and a higher degree of puncture resistance, both of which help improve towing safety and performance.
