-Make sure the outer surface of the spare tire is less than 12.5 inch away from the hole center of the receiver for have enough clearance to fold up the bike rack when not in use.
-If your car has a side-opening tailgate like a Jeep Wrangler, please make sure the bottom edge of spare tire or the door is more than 9.5 inches from the top edge of the receiver.
-Please measure the distance to make sure have clearance ability for folded up cargo carrier to accommodate a spare tire on the cars.
